Zoom B2 Bass Effects Unit
Bass Guitar Player, Get Ready For This!
Thomas says: It's easy to use! All you need to do is read the manual and... viola - you're ready
for good sound. This thing is pretty straight foward. This bass effects pedal is decent, providing
some basic distortion. Editing patches is confusing at first, but pays off once you figure out what
to do. The manual explains things vaugely, but things just fall into
place once you play around with it for a while.
One thing that annoyed me is that the AC adapter did not come supplied with it, I had to
buy this seperately. If you're on a budget and you want some real good sound I would suggest this pedal but
if your budget is big enough then may I suggest go for others.
Sean says: I play metal and rock. I've been playing for just over 2 years, using this pedal,
an Ibanez PD7 and a Vintage EST96AF 5 string into a Laney
RB3 + 15" cab. I didn't read any reviews efore buying it, it was just going for an affordable price.
If I lost this pedal, I would find it again coz
I've spent precious time editing patches, I know how to do the setting well again - no problem about that! I love the fact it has 3 outputs (USB, Stereo
Jack and XLR), where I can record using the USB and monitor from the XLR or Jack.
The control input is useful for turning on and off certain things (delay hold/the drum machine etc).
The only thing I hate is the cheek of Zoom and GAK in stating that it comes with the adaptor,
yet all I got in the box was a cardboard shape saying 'adaptor not included'! Aaaarghh!!!
